A Preliminary Study Of Museum Of Islamic Art,Doha

This paper conducts a preliminary study of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha from the aspects of architecture,collections,exhibitions and social education and etc.,summarizes the characteristics of the Museum,and analyses the reasons for its formation.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the Introduction.This part puts forward the reasons and necessity of studying the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha,summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the Museum,sorts out the research results of the Museum at home and abroad,and expounds the research purpose,contents and methods of the research.The second part is the architecture of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.This part expounds why the museum chooses the architects and the building site,the specific architectural concepts and design plans.The third part is the basic work of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.This part mainly discusses the basic business activities of the museum and its characteristics,such as its collections,exhibitions,social education work and etc.The fourth part is the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.On the basis of the above discussion,this part summarizes the characteristics of the museum and focuses on the analysis of the impact of political,economic and religious factors on the formation of its characteristics.The fifth part is the Conclusion.This part makes a comprehensive summary of the paper and introduces the dilemma encountered in the development of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.
