| Teacher’s practical knowledge is a kind of special knowledge for teachers.It relies on classroom teaching practice and can be skillfully used,solved and played in different situations.TCFL teachers occupy an import place in the entire teaching force.It is significant to pay attention to this group and explore the influence factors in the process of practical knowledge development,which will be useful to the future teacher training and TCFL teachers’ own development.Domestic universities and social language institutions are the important places for international students and other foreign stuff in China to learn Chinese.So this paper selected five TCFL teachers from universities and institutions as the research objects,who have different teaching experience and various background.This paper used the interview method to collect data,and then analyzed these data based on grounded theory and Nvivol 1 to explore the influence factors in the process of practical knowledge generation and development.It is found that the personal factors of teacher themselves are the primary factors affecting the generation and development of practical knowledge of five TCFL teachers,including the accumulation of knowledge and experience before teaching,the accumulation of practical experience after teaching,the critical reflection on teaching and the influence of personal characteristics.Other people also have a significant impact on the generation and development of their practical knowledge,including the influence of teachers and students in their school days,the positive influence of students after teaching,the help of excellent teachers and the communication and sharing among peers.External environment also promotes the generation and development of their practical knowledge,including relevant courses set by their schools,teacher training organized by their units,the use of emerging teaching tools,developed communication and resource sharing.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies from the perspective of teachers’ individual and external environment for the generation and development of practical knowledge.Teachers should take the initiative to accumulate knowledge and experience,deepen self-cognition,and constantly reflect in practice.Schools should optimize course setup,and teaching units should strengthen teacher training,constantly improve the teacher education and training system,help TCFL teachers develop their practical knowledge through various ways,and cultivate professional teachers for TCFL education. |
