Study On Spatial Design Of Visual Flow In Children's Picture Books

Picture books open the door to another world for children,so how to design and create another "world" in picture books? This paper combines the knowledge of visual process to analyze how picture books shape another space.Firstly,this paper discusses several key factors that affect the visual process,namely,color,composition,and shape.At the same time,these factors are closely related to spatial design.Space is divided into physical quantity and psychological quantity.This paper focuses on the psychological quantity of space.The design space mainly includes the dimension,size of the design space,the perspective of the observation space,the transformation of the space,the treatment of the atmosphere and the transformation of the real space and the imaginary space.These factors are comprehensively applied and expanded,and the space of picture books is designed by designing visual process.Through literature review,comparative research,induction and other research methods,this paper collates,analyses and studies a large number of pictures and documents at home and abroad,and observes and studies the situation of children reading pictures.Finally,the method discussed is used to practice graduation creation in order to realize the combination of theory and practice.
