Xi Jinping’s Concept Of Socialist Cultural Security With Chinese Characteristics In The New Ara

Since the 21 st century,international security has been affected by diversified factors,and its environment and situation are more complex than that of the cold war period.This calls to establish and develop a new security concept that is different from the traditional manner.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the new leadership collective with Xi Jinping has attached great importance to cultural security raising it to the historical level of national security in the overall national security.The 19 th CPC national congress proposes the historical proposition of new era to push China into a new journey.Therefore,the study of the formation and theory of Xi Jinping thought on socialist cultural security with Chinese characteristics for a new era is of great significance for promoting the building of a new socialist cultural.With the scientific practice of Sinicization of Marxism and socialist core values to foster and carry forward,by combing and analyzing Xi Jinping discourse in the view of cultural security,combined with the era background,this paper studies and summarizes the Xi Jinping historical formation of cultural security thought,to deeply analyze the cultural security thought theory origin and realistic basis.Then,based on the nature and status of cultural security,the implication of cultural security in the new era is defined,and the scientific thoughts of Xi Jinping on ideological construction,value orientation,work principle,value goal and approaches of cultural security are comprehensively expounded.On this basis,under the guidance of Marxist materialism theory,the basic features of Xi Jinping thought on cultural security with Chinese characteristics in the new era are dialectically understood,and the value and contribution of the theory to the new situation of cultural security in the innovative era is revealed from the perspective of theoretical value and practical significance.By analyzing the formation of Xi Jinping thought on cultural security during his political career,this paper tries to comprehensively grasp the system of Xi Jinping thought on cultural security from an overall perspective,to strengthen the cultural consciousness and national cultural identity and the construction of social ideology,promoting socialist China plan and scientific guidance for the construction of cultural power.
