The Influence Of Scenery Sketch On My Painting Creation

The so-called " seeing the scenery and feeling" means feeling deeply when one sees the scene in front of one’s eyes.Liu Xie said in his article " Wen Xin Diao long" during the northern and southern dynasties that "mountaineering is full of emotion,while watching the sea is full of emotion".Wang Wei in the southern dynasties wrote in his " Syria painting" that "looking at the clouds in autumn and the clouds in the sky,thinking about the mighty spring breeze" are all expressions of emotion.The painter,while experiencing the spirit of nature,finds the connection point between nature and soul,and expresses it through artistic works.What is presented to our eyes is the natural expression of " seeing the scenery and living the feelings,and blending things with me".All the masters of the past dynasties gradually found their own creative direction in the process of " learning from nature and learning from the heart",and gradually formed their own distinctive painting language,which cannot be separated from the process of going deep into life and experiencing nature.The successful experience of past masters tells us that a good work should not only have excellent pen and ink,but also have ideological content and theme.While showing the pleasant aesthetic feeling to the viewers,it should also convey the artist’s unique creative emotion.This requires that artistic works should have distinct artistic creativity,which of course cannot be separated from the influence of objective things.The outstanding landscape painters in ancient China were able to create and enrich ink forms,all of which were driven by nature.When artists feel that the existing ink cannot perfectly and ideally describe the natural objects they want to represent,they seek to create new techniques.However,the ancient imitators " cut their feet to fit their shoes" in art.Therefore,even if their painting themes come from real natural scenes,they will be restrained by imitating ancient ink and ink,thus reducing their initiative.This is something we should learn from.Based on landscape painting sketches,this paper briefly discusses the significance of sketching for Chinese landscape painting creation,and lists the favorable influence of modern and contemporary landscape painters on personal painting creation through landscape painting sketches.Finally,combining with his painting creation during his postgraduate period,this paper emphatically analyzes his own painting creation practice and his vision for his future painting creation.
