The Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty was the heyday of the development of Chinese ancient prints,and many great gifts were born.The Qing Dynasty was the renewal period of the development of woodblock prints.The Ming and Qing Dynasties were a period of vigorous development of Chinese female education.As a product of feudal rule,there were many publications of female teaching books,and there were many beautiful illustrations in these publications.This article mainly focuses on the illustrations of the "Legend of Women" in different editions of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,with the study of other female teaching books.The illustrations of the female education books discussed in this article are published in ten books.The first chapter is a brief introduction to the published version of the female education books.The second chapter mainly summarizes the basic situation of the illustrations of Legend of Women,and divides the illustrations of Liu xiang's Legend of Women into the Wanli edition of the Ming Dynasty and the reprinted articles of the Qing Dynasty according to the time of publication,and introduces them separately according to the place of publication.The third chapter focuses on the artistic style features of the illustrations in the illustrations of Legend of Women.Mainly from the different story representations of the same story,to explore the similarities and differences between different versions,combined with different artistic processing techniques and different regional characteristics,analysis of illustration style,And the style of illustration extends to the relationship between the three museums and Fuchun Tang,and the definition of Huizhou print style Huang Jiayu and Huizhou print styles.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the graphic relationship between the illustrations of the Legend of Women.In the illustrations of Legend of Women,the combination and presentation of pictures and texts are different.First,the internal relationship in content can be divided into three types,including "graph and text","picture is beyond the text" and "picture is off the text".Second,the external connection in space can be divided into three forms,which are determined by the illustrated layout of the book,including the above-mentioned "up and down" and singlesided full-page,double-sided interconnection The "before and after separation".The fifth chapter mainly studies the narrative of the illustrations of Legend of Women.The narrative function of the illustrations of Legend of Women is mainly divided into single episode narrative and multi-story narrative.And in the illustrations of Legend of Women,the illustrations and the words together serve the narrative function.The sixth chapter is a comparison of the Legend of Women with other illustrations of female educational books.In the discussion of the specific content,we always closely follow the illustrations of the illustrated series of the Legend of Women and consider and extend the relationship between Legend of Women and other female teaching books.
