In 420 AD,Liu Yu established Liu Song,the first regime of the Southern Dynasties.Until the dynasty of Emperor Wen Jian,Chen Jian,in 589 AD,the Southern Dynasty experienced four dynasties of Song,Qi,Liang and Chen,which lasted for 169 years.During this period,the Southern Dynasty inherited the legacy of calligraphy in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,especially the emperor's good art,and the Southern Dynasty calligraphy appeared a prosperous scene.In the Wei and Jin Dynasties,the Tang and Song Dynasties,such an important era has produced many products related to calligraphy,such as book writers,calligraphy theory,stone carvings and book works,which laid a solid foundation for the development of calligraphy in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and later generations.This article takes the four generations of the Southern Dynasties as the main line,sums up and sorts out275 people from the Southern Dynasties,71 calligraphy theories,194 stone carvings,and 53 books.According to historical materials,it is compiled into a calligraphy event in the Southern Dynasty,and tabulated for related research.Query.According to the statistics of various data,the Southern Dynasty Liang was the heyday of the development of calligraphy,which was inextricably linked with the rise of Wang Shuzhi's book style,the admiration of the emperor,and the relaxation of the ban.
