The Application Of Vuillard's Painting Language In The Creation Of "Flower Sound"

As the main representative painter of Nabis,Edouard Vuillard's flat decorative colors in this works during the period have the characteristics of Nabis paintings,which conform to the painting style of modern art.It has been used for reference by many contemporary Chinese artists,such as Yanping,Wang Keju,Shenling,Wang Yuping and Xia Junna.The research of Vuillard's painting language is of great significance to the development of contemporary Chinese oil painting.At the same time,it also provides great assistance for my creation.This thesis studies Vuillard's thoughts,theme,emotions,decorative colors,planar composition,and artistic techniques,and draws creative inspiration from it.With this as a guide,combined with practical experience in painting creation,and forms the individual creative style.The first part of the article briefly states the purpose,significance,content and design of the graduation creation “Flower Sound”;the second part elaborates the style characteristics of Vuillard's works of art from the aspects of subject selection,emotional thinking,application of foundation,subjective color,composition and processing techniques.Finally,the origin of the creation and the creative process of “Flower Sound” are elaborated,and the application of the artistic language of Vuillard's works in this creation is reflected.
