Research On The Development Model Of Characteristic Cultural Industries In Ethnic Autonomous Areas

With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of social and economic development level,the cultural industry plays an increasingly significant role in regional development,and has become one of the key industries that must be considered in the process of industrial structure optimization and upgrading in various regions.The unreasonable industrial structure has existed in the national autonomous areas for a long time.The extensive economic growth mode and the originally weak economic foundation make the overall development level lag behind the developed areas in the central and eastern regions,and the industrial development mode is in urgent need of reform.However,ethnic autonomous areas are rich in natural and cultural resources and have inherent advantages in developing characteristic cultural industries.Therefore,ethnic areas should make full use of their cultural resource endowments,develop characteristic cultural industries,and promote the reasonable and rapid development of local economy.First of all,this paper sorts out the development status of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas,compares them with the developed areas in the central and eastern regions,and points out the existing problems in the development mode of characteristic cultural industries.Then,the index system of influencing factors for the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas is constructed,and the correlation degree of each influencing factor to the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas is obtained by using the method of "gray correlation analysis".It is concluded that "economic factors" and "social development factors" have the greatest correlation with the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas."Talent factor" and "policy factor" have a high degree of correlation,also reflects a very significant correlation.It shows that actively promoting economic construction,practically increasing people's income,improving consumption ability,perfecting talent training and introduction mechanism,and strengthening system guarantee and policy support play an important role in the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas.Furthermore,it puts forward four development modes of cultural industry in ethnic autonomous areas,namely,"intensive national characteristics + joint development mode of various industries","traditional festival exhibition + presentation mode of cultural creativity","policy orientation + optimization mode of industrial structure",and "activation of cultural product consumption + promotion of featured brands".Finally,combined with the actual situation and empirical analysis results of the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of characteristic cultural industries in ethnic autonomous areas,and points out that the talent training and introduction mechanism should be improved to improve the level of cultural industry innovation.Transform government functions and establish a diversified investment and financing system for the cultural industry;Strengthen cultural exchanges and enhance the brand influence of the cultural industry;We will enhance the vitality of the cultural industry market and enhance the ability to consume cultural products.
