Vocabulary is an important part of a language,a basic structural unit of a sentence,and a necessary material for speech expression in interpersonal communication.No matter which language you study or engage in language teaching,you have to pay attention to vocabulary,especially in second language acquisition and teaching.Vocabulary is also the basis of language teaching.It not only directly affects the overall language level of Chinese learners,but also is an important indicator for judging the pros and cons of textbooks.Whether the selection of words in the textbooks is scientific will directly affect the quality of the whole set of textbooks,thus further affecting To the development of teaching activities,it is very important to conduct a quantitative study of the vocabulary of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article will take the first to third volumes of New Practical Chinese Reader,which is very influential in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,as the research object,and create a text corpus of texts,and use the online segmentation system(CUCBst)of Communication University of China to conduct the corpus.Word segmentation and part-of-speech tagging.After obtaining the text data of the participle and part-of-speech tagging,the data is normalized into a table by using Python compiled language,and the corpus linguistics research and the quantitative research are combined to realize the combination of theory and practice,and the statistical data is used to analyze The metrics of the vocabulary of the textbooks in the initial stage of New Practical Chinese Reader,from the perspective of the distribution of each vocabulary,word length,word frequency,vocabulary richness,and the textbook vocabulary and " Level Words and Characters for Chinese Proficiency " Contrasting and analyzing with the " New HSK syllabus vocabulary ",analyzing the similarities and differences,examining the rationality of the vocabulary vocabulary collection,and then proposing some targeted teaching suggestions.In addition,the paper analyzes and analyzes the compilation and collection of the textbooks of New Practical Chinese Reader from the aspects of pertinence,science and practicality,and summarizes the vocabulary features and word compilation,and draws on the current textbooks.Experience provides valuable reference and reference for the revision of textbooks and related comprehensive textbooks.
