Recruitment and publicity work as a key link in military recruitment is an important part of military recruitment and national defense mobilization.As an important means of conscription and propaganda work,the conscription video has concentrated on various elements such as images,words and sounds,and is an important way to mobilize the sensory stimulation of propaganda objects.Recruitment videos have a variety of roles.In the short term,it can serve the conscription propaganda work,and in the long-term planning,it is an important part of the shaping of the military and the country.Through the collection and collation of the data,it is found that there are few related studies on the Chinese conscription propaganda and conscription video,and mainly focus on two aspects: one is the macroscopic research on the recruitment propaganda work policy,laws and regulations,and the second is the conscription propaganda means and effect.The third aspect is the research on the recruitment of propaganda films as a means of propaganda.There is less research on the image of the army in the recruitment of propaganda films.In the era of economic globalization,military exchanges have been strengthened,the surrounding environment has become complicated,and the historical mission of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army has expanded.The good image of the military has become a necessary preparation for China to become a military power.As an important part of the national image,the image of the military is the core element of the military soft power.What are the characteristics of China’s conscription videos,how different Chinese and foreign conscription videos are,and how to improve the propaganda strategy of China’s conscription videos.These issues have important and urgent practical significance for shaping the image of the military and improving the publicity work of recruiting in China.This paper attempts to answer the above questions.In view of the problems mentioned in the above-mentioned conscription video,this article has carried out the propaganda subject,propaganda object and propaganda content through literature research,case investigation,comparative analysis and other methods combined with the communication and persuasion theory related to propaganda in communication.related analysis.The entire article consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter expounds the research background,significance,research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second chapter is mainly about the summary of conscription propaganda,which is the collection and arrangement of conscription videos,the elaboration of conscription propaganda elements and the summary of the elements of the propaganda film.The third chapter is a summary of the case analysis of the 2018 conscription video "Different Youth" and the problems in the conscription video.The fourth chapter is a comparative analysis of the collected domestic and foreign recruiting videos.The fifth chapter is based on the problems summarized in the first three chapters,and some of the proposed strategies are improved.After summarizing and analyzing the above system,I hope that I can find some useful inspiration for the lack of recruitment videos,enhance the actual effect of recruiting propaganda,and promote the good shaping of the military image.
