“Different Instructional Design for the Same Subject”(DIDSS for short)means different individualized instructional designs of the same teaching content based on students' real situations,the existing teaching conditions and so on.However,current“DIDSS” activities focus more on the external form than inner spirit.In 2017,President Xi proposed the concept of “Building a Community of Shared Human Destiny”.Under the background of new era,“Teacher Learning Community”(TLC for short)should be strongly advocated as a learning organization or learning environment that promotes teachers' professionalization by stimulating teachers' intrinsic motivation.In order to promote English teachers' professional development by “DIDSS”activities in senior high schools,the author tries to perfect this kind of teaching and research activities by combining TLC theory and action research.This thesis mainly focuses on the following questions: 1)What are the existing problems in current English “DIDSS” mode in senior high school? 2)How to carry out “DIDSS”activities based on TLC theory and give suggestions? 3)What are the effects of new“DIDSS” mode on English teacher professional development during action research ?In order to get the current situation of English “DIDSS” mode in senior high school,the author investigated 140 teachers in Ganzhou by questionnaires and interviews and formed the conclusions as follows: 1)Teachers' active professional development motivations are weak.2)The cooperation awareness among teachers is not enough.3)Activities lack quantified evaluation criterion and theoretical basis.Based on the problems mentioned above,the author put forward some suggestions on “DIDSS” activities based on TLC by two rounds of action research.In the first round,the new mode stimulates teachers' interests and promotes teachers' cooperation sense.But the author found school external support is needed,the members need to be more diversified and the observation scale needs to be revised.Aiming at these problems,the author carried out the second round research,theresults show that the feasibility and effectiveness of “DIDSS” activities is further improved but certain problems exist such as the form is single and limited.Making good use of Mobile Terminal(MT)is a feasible solution but it is related to the teachers' personal information literacy.This problem does not belong to the author's action research category,so the author's research is over.The results of two rounds of action research show that “DIDSS” mode based on TLC is feasible and practical.It has important significances to the professional development of teachers.Conclusions are as follows: 1)New “DIDSS” mode can enrich teachers' teaching skills and knowledge.2)New “DIDSS” mode can motivate teachers' research enthusiasm and improve research abilities.3)New “DIDSS” mode has important influence and significance on training teachers' cooperation consciousness and ability.Finally,the author concluded the suggestions on “DIDSS” activities,hoping that schools can effectively apply the suggestions to promote teachers' professionalization.
