Research On Animation Character Design Based On Cyberpunk Style

Cyberpunk style animation is a surrealist animation with strong anti-utopian color,based on a highly developed world with information technology and electronic biotechnology,focusing on the contradictions among hackers,AI,Cybers and centralized enterprises.Character design plays a central character in animation design.The character in cyberpunk style animation is becoming more and more practical with the development of science and technology.In this paper,This article takes the character of cyberpunk style animation as the research subject.Firstly,literature analysis is used to consult the literature related to Cyberpunk style and animation character design,and the emergence of Cyberpunk culture and its evolution in the new era is researched.Secondly,through watching and researching cyberpunk-style animations,the characters in cyberpunk-style animation are divided into two categories: cyberpunk-style animation and artificial intelligence animation.The paper puts forward the characteristics of cyberpunk-style animation characters which are different from other animation characters and the special theory needed to be used.The artistic modeling characteristics of cyberpunk-style animation characters and artificial intelligence characters are analyzed in animation cases.The differences between the two art design are compared and summarized.Thirdly,viewing from local culture of our country,this paper digs out the similarities between it and Cyberpunk culture,and it puts forward the concept of a dynamic world outlook of Cyberpunk style in our country,and tries to put forward a design scheme for the character of Cyberpunk in our country.Finally,this paper studies the physical design of Cyberpunk characters,compares it with the existing physical design of Cyberpunk characters,and puts forward the scheme of the domestic Cyberpunk character design.Based on the well-known design of animated character and the research on the formation of Cyberpunk style,Chinese classical literature,philosophical ideas,mythology and a large number of Cyberpunk-style animations are studied and a large number of cyberpunk-style animations are watched so as to provide new ideas and references to design the characters for the creators of Cyberpunk-style animation in China and for the developers of animation peripheral products.
