Japan has a long history of learning and absorbing Chinese, and many Chinese characters have been retained in Japanese.Compared to students from non-Chinese cultural circles such as Europe and the United States,Japanese students have great congenital advantages in learning Chinese and Chinese characters.Nevertheless, due to the differences in social development and the differences in culture and mode of thinking between the two peoples, the evolution of the two languages and the results are divided. At present, the writing of some Chinese characters in Japanese is fairly different from the writing of Chinese characters in modern Chinese. Therefore, writing Chinese characters is also a big obstacle for many Japanese students.Based on the research of HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus from Beijing Language Culture University, this paper statistically classifies 365 written errors of 100 Japanese students' compositions. It also analyzes the possible causes of the main types of errors, and proposes corresponding strategies to provide some references for Japanese Chinese characters teaching.
