Educational practice is an extremely important link in the process of training master's degree in Chinese International Education.Overseas internship opportunities have shown a certain growth trend in the past two years,but the overseas resources of many universities are still limited,so internship on campus is still the mainstream choice for most students.This paper takes the internship of Master of Chinese International Education as the research object,and makes a case study of the internship of Master of Chinese International Education of A University in 2017 by using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,case study and comparison.The results show that the internship of Hanshuo University has the following successes: 1.The internship unit provides regular teaching practice.Environments,sufficient arrangement of on-the-job practice teaching hours,diverse teaching objects,rich types of lectures;2.Training units attach importance to the effect of practice,strict requirements on the results of written materials,and have a supervisory effect on interns' practice;3.Practice instructors arranged for interns have a high professional level,rich Chinese teaching experience and excellent teaching ability.4.Most interns perform well in the process of internship,and display their spiritual qualities of hardship and endurance.In addition,the survey also reflects the following four problems: 1.Interns show lack of classroom organization and management ability in the process of internship,it is difficult to combine the teaching theory with practice,and the basic knowledge of Chinese needs to be improved;2.Internship instructors lack systematic guidance for interns,and the effect of internship guidance still has room for improvement;3.Internship units on-the-job internship.Students lack pre-job training,and the content arrangement of administrative practice is not systematic enough.4.Training units still need to improve the curriculum of Master of International Education in Chinese,and the practical resources provided to interns are relatively limited.In view of the problems found,this study puts forward suggestions from three aspects: interns,internship instructors and relevant institutions in the light of the actual teaching practice process.Suggestions for interns: improve their subjective initiative,consolidate basic knowledge,and actively participate in classroom teaching practice.Suggestions for internship instructors: more systematic guidance for interns,improve the supervision and inspection of interns at all stages of internship.Training units can set up professional courses more scientifically,strengthen the teaching staff and carry out more cultural exchanges and practical activities.At the same time,practice units should strengthen the supervision and management of interns and practice instructors,improve the scientificity and systematicness of each stage of practice planning,and improve the practice mechanism.
