Impressionism came into being in France in the second half of the 19th century.Its appearance has made a subversive change in the history of western oil painting,and has been recognized as the beginning of modern western art.Meanwhile,the western art schools after Impressionism absorbed more or less the impressionist painting idea.Besides that,under the influence of the modernization of the world,the cultures of all over the world influenced each other,merged with each other,and made progress with each other.The theoretical knowledge and creative techniques of western impressionism were introduced into China by overseas students who stayed in France and Japan.After returning from abroad,they carried out a series of measures to promote western painting in China,including individual artistic creation,art associations and art teaching institutions as well as art publications,in order to promote the diversified development of Chinese modern art.During the evolution of Impressionism in China,a large number of "historical objects"and "art objects have been preserved."Historical objects contained the text theories which were dominated by newspapers and periodicals.These articles which tried to arouse the public’s pursuit of artistic truth were not limited to the brief introduction of the historical reasons for the formation of impressionism,but hoped to put forward their own understanding of art through impressionism."Art objects contained critics’ artistic creation of native impressionist style painters.The art exhibition gradually replaced the traditional literary collection at that time,because of its socialization,and the form of open communication and display gradually became the bridge between the painter and the audience.Art exhibitions undertook the social education function of popularizing the art knowledge,and recorded the development of Chinese modern art.It is important to digitize and live the paper-based artistic heritage and make it serve the construction of the artistic resources of urban culture in the background of the Internet era.In order to enhance the influence of Chinese impressionism,author chooses the direction of literature research in Shanghai Modern Impressionism Chinese version,combining with the knowledge of art management,art history,cultural heritage.This paper analyzes the historical and cultural phenomena of Impressionism spread in China,and probes into the intellectuals’ interpretation of the main western art schools under the background of cultural self-help at that time,as well as the influence on Chinese traditional fine arts.Author tries to figure out the art understanding of Impressionism in China in different periods by systematically organizing,analyzing and studying the early works of impressionism,periodicals.In addition,combined with art heritage and art resources,the early impressionism literature was sorted out,classified and transformed into a data-based literature database.This paper discusses how to effectively transform these cultural heritage into excellent artistic and cultural heritage under the background of contemporary culture.To transform artistic resources into artistic capital is to develop the intrinsic value of artistic resources by means of living operation,to interact with each other through various channels and media,and to develop the inner value of artistic resources in a multi-way.Thus,the potential economic and cultural values of artistic resources can be transformed into realistic economic and cultural values.
