A Study On The Formal Language Of Emotional Expression In Watercolor Painting

With the rapid development of modern art,painting pays more attention to the expression of emotion and the expression of formal language,so the diversity of emotion expression in watercolor painting is paid more attention.The integration of the feelings of the painting creators and the dynamic expression of the artistic thinking make the emotion conveyed by the objective objects described in the picture more sincere,delicate,real and natural,which is no exception in the painting language of watercolor.All paintings are supported by their formal language.Watercolor painting was introduced to the east through the west,influenced by the oriental art,and formed the unique form language of the contemporary watercolor painting,thus showing the unique painting style.Emotion is painting.The core of painting creation,and formal language is a bridge between emotion and concrete expression,the two complement each other.Through the analysis of the formal language of emotion expression in watercolor painting,we can better understand the difference and change between the past and present watercolor painting,provide inspiration for watercolor painting creators,clear up their thoughts,and create better works.This paper mainly studies emotional expression and formal language in watercolor painting by means of literature research,comparative study,questionnaire,interview and quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysis.First of all,the concept,characteristics,origin,development status of watercolor painting and the definition and type of emotion and formal language are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,the influence of emotion on painting creation and the characteristics of emotion expression in watercolor painting are discussed.Thirdly,taking the expression of nostalgic emotion as an example,the influence relationship between formal language and emotional expression in watercolor painting is studied.Finally,through the practice of painting creation,the conclusion of the relationship between the two is verified.Through The results show that the changes of different forms of language have different effects on emotional expression.This study reveals the relationship between formal language and emotional expression to a certain extent,and it is a relatively successful exploration.Hope to bring inspiration to the futurewatercolor artists,and in practice theory to provide some reference and help.Figure65,table 8,50 references.
