With the promotion of the national initiative One Belt and One Road, business activities and trades between China and other countries are increasing steadily. It is common to draft and sign various international business contracts, which brings great opportunities and challenges to the translation industry. The rapid development of computer-aided translation technology has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of translation. In recent years, the application of computer-aided translation software in translating business contracts has become a major concern. This report is based on the English-Chinese translation of First Pick Right and Game Licensing Agreement signed by Rovio Company and a company of Beijing, with the aid of SDL Trados 2017.The author builds the translation memories and termbases with the relevant business texts, performs the post-edition,and evaluates the advantages and the disadvantages of computer-aided translation.Due to the limitations of computer-aided translation, there are some difficulties in the process of translation, which are explored and analyzed from four aspects, namely, archaic words, legal vocabularies, complex sentences and passive sentences. The conclusions are drawn as follows:whether translating archaic words or not should be dealt with flexibly in combination with specific contexts;fixed translation strategy is supposed to be adopted when translating legal vocabulary;literal translation and splitting strategy are employed for translating complex sentences;and conversion is used to translate passive sentences.
