In recent years,great changes have taken place in the international situation.The Chinese teaching environment is more complex and the teaching objects are more diverse,posing greater challenges to international Chinese teachers.Teachers are the core factor of Chinese international education.The rapidly developing cause of Chinese international education is in urgent need of excellent Chinese teachers,who have solid language ontology knowledge and theoretical knowledge of teaching,as well as applicable teaching strategies and methods.The growth of excellent teachers requires a process of practical knowledge accumulation.A novice teacher,who has learned professional theory,also needs to consciously absorb the experience of the old teacher and experience in practice,and accumulate his teaching practical knowledge in an indirect and direct way.The research on this accumulation process has also entered the field of vision of researchers in recent years.Based on the existing research results,this paper conducts an educational narrative on the growth process of novice teachers,conducts semi-structured interviews with skilled teachers,adopts classical grounded theory research,and conducts qualitative text analysis on narrative texts and interview materials with Nvivo11 software.At the same time of qualitative research,a double-perspective questionnaire survey was conducted on novice Chinese teachers and Chinese learners,and quantitative data analysis was carried out on the questionnaire results by using SPSS24.On the basis of qualitative and quantitative data analysis,this paper discusses the generation of novice Chinese teachers’ practical knowledge and the factors affecting the process of their accumulation of practical knowledge.This study attempts to describe and analyze :(1)the content,influencing factors and development changes of novice teachers’ practical knowledge of Chinese teaching;(2)factors affecting the process of practical knowledge accumulation of novice teachers and skilled teachers;(3)to find out the relationship between the factorsinfluencing the process of teaching practical knowledge accumulation of novice teachers and skilled teachers.The findings are as follows: 1.The content of novice Chinese teachers’ practical knowledge mainly includes three aspects: teaching knowledge,classroom management and educational belief.2.Due to the switching of teaching scenes at home and abroad,the teaching practice process of novice teachers will change,but the basic characteristics remain unchanged.3.Chinese learners pay attention to teachers’ educational beliefs,followed by teachers’ teaching knowledge and classroom management ability.The results of the questionnaire survey are consistent with the analysis results of novice teachers’ teaching log.4.According to the degree of influence,the internal factors that influence the process of teachers’ accumulation of practical knowledge in teaching include reflection on teaching practice experience,reading professional journals and academic works,and learning professional courses.5.According to the degree of influence,the external factors that influence the process of teachers’ practical knowledge accumulation include observation and learning,communication and feedback with others,teaching and training,etc.6.When faced with problems caused by individuals,teachers will not only reflect on teaching,but also communicate with the outside world in a variety of ways.7.The role model teacher in the eyes of the group of skilled teachers provides guidance for the accumulation of practical knowledge in the teaching of novice Chinese teachers.
