With the rapid development of the Internet,the field of education has ushered in unprecedented innovation recently.With the help of the Internet,online education has become an important way for people to learn because it is not limited by time and space,and is convenient and low-cost.Online education is mainly presented to learners through instructive videos to create a classroom climate where teachers are around them.However,the quality of the current instructive video varies,some of which are just courseware and machine sound,some are recordings of class,regardless of the learners'watching experience.Therefore,there are many problems to solve,which are high participation rate but low course completion rate and learners' giving up easily.After investigation and research,in the process of watching instructive video,learners are prone to feel bored and lonely,which leads to weak learning motivation and decline in academic performance.As a virtual teacher image,animation pedagogical agent(APA)appears in many instructive videos.APA is an animation image,which can simulate the behavior and speech of real teachers and learning partners in offline classroom to help learners learn and interact.Therefore,this study introduces teachers' emotional support into the instructive videos,endows teacher's emotional support to APA,and improves learners'learning motivation and performance by elaborately designing APA's emotional support.This can not only enrich the content of teacher's emotional support,but also provide new ideas for the design and production of instructive video.With a large number of literature,the writer found that in distance learning learners have emotional deficiencies,and their motivation was not strong,and their interest was not high.After searching for literature to find its solution,it shows that emotional support added in instructive video works.On the base of reading many essays about teacher's emotional support,APA,and distance learning,the writer divides teacher's emotional support of APA into three dimensions:positive climate,teachers' sensitivity and concern for students,and designs the points in detail,and constructs the influence mechanism of teacher's emotional support,learning motivation and learning achievement.On this basis,the course of instructive media and technology of educational technology in Central China Normal University is selected as the experimental environment,and two classes are selected for the experiment.After the pre experiment,the formal experiment is improved.The formal experiment has three rounds.The experimental group watched the preview video with teacher's emotional support of APA,the control group watched the regular video(without teacher's emotional support),and the researcher collected the data of learning achievement,learning motivation and learning experience of learners,and collected the perception data of teacher's emotional support of APA for the experimental group.Finally,the researcher analyzed the data through comparison of experimental results.The results show that the learning achievement,learning experience and learning motivation of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group,and the model of learners' internal motivation as a mediator to promote learning achievement works.The conclusion is that the design of teacher's emotional support of APA is effective,which can improve learning performance and learning experience via enhancing the motivation of learners.
