| "City and people" is one of the inevitable topics in modern society.During the 100 years from the 20 th century to the 21 st century,we have suffered many ups and downs and also profoundly affected the city and people.This influence has caused tremendous changes in the city and brought hope and trauma to people’s inner and spiritual world.Ge Fei’s " The Trilogy of Jiangnan " takes a century of history as a span,showing the city and people in a century of vicissitudes."Human Face Peach Blossom" tells Lu Xiumi and other people’s confused exploration of revolution at the end of the Qing Dynasty;"Mountain into Dream" writes the socialist practice of Tan Gongda and others in the socialist period;"Spring Ends Jiangnan" describes the spiritual construction of the current society.From the Jiangnan countryside to the transforming township to the last modern city,Lu Xiumi to Tan Duanwu,the inner ideals of these people is gradually changing.Ge Fei’s "The Trilogy of Jiangnan" condenses 100 years of history into three novels,which not only condenses the situation of cities and people in history,but also includes the writer’s perception of 100 years of history.Ge Fei starts from his personal experience,avoids major events,and rewrites the changes of the "city" and the transformation of the human heart and spiritual world in the 100-year history,showing his rethinking of the 100-year history and the current society.This article intends to use the constantly changing "city and people" in the "The Trilogy of Jiangnan" as a starting point,to re-explore the process of the change of cities and people in the "The Trilogy of Jiangnan",and to explore the significance and several aspects of city transformation in the novel The true meaning of life for generations,to explore the significance of human spiritual world in real life.This article is divided into four chapters.The first Chapter: the Variations from traditional to modern society,trying to focus on the "The Trilogy of Jiangnan" from the three perspectives of social background life,contemporary literature and Ge Fei’s own creation,and to explain the background.The second chapter "Human Face Peach Blossom" : the picture and transformation of the pre-modern rural society,discusses the story life in the rural areas of Jiangnan and the pursuit of revolutionary ideals in the period of the Republic of China.The third chapter "Mountain into Dream" : Society and Life in the Revolutionary Period,discusses the ideal construction of people in the transformation of towns and towns in the 1950 s and 1960 s.The fourth chapter: "Spring Ends Jiangnan" : Predicament in modern cities,explaining the emptiness of the spiritual world of people in modern cities.Based on his creative experience,Ge Fei takes the "Jiangnan Trilogy" as the carrier,and shows the focus on the spiritual world of people from city replacement to character change,providing us with a new Thinking.From traditional villages to transforming towns and towns to cities of modern significance,the characters produce different spiritual worlds in the changing times.Throughout the trilogy is the exploration of the character’s heart and spiritual world.The relationship between the city and people is complementary.The environment outside the city has created a change in the human spiritual world.The inner expectations and longings for the unknown world have caused great changes in the external environment.Ge Fei reflects on the spiritual dilemma of people in modern society.The relationship between the change of writing from the city and the change of characters conveys his concern for the human spirit of the society and reflects his rethinking of the human spiritual world. |
