In recent years,in the face of the current situation of College Students' employment difficulties,colleges and universities have generally opened employment guidance related courses.However,at present,the content of the employment guidance course focuses on employment skills and employment policies,while the content of vocational literacy,which plays a more important role in helping college students to obtain employment,is seriously under supplied.It can be seen that improving the vocational literacy of college students has not entered the field of vision to help solve the employment problem of college students.In addition,because professional quality belongs to the category of value level to a large extent,and philosophy consultation is a kind of philosophy practice activity that uses philosophy thinking and philosophy knowledge to discuss in the way of philosophy dialogue to help people carry out deep thinking and inspection,so as to solve the problem of people's concept level.Therefore,this paper uses philosophy consultation to solve the problems of College Students' employment values,so as to improve college students' professional quality.On the basis of dialectically absorbing the useful experience and methods of philosophy consultation,it designs "four steps" to improve college students' professional quality.This is a personalized and innovative employment guidance service mode,which has a pioneering significance for the current employment guidance of college students. |
