The Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang is a treasure house of the Chinese Grotto Art Group,and the frescoes of the Mogao Grottoes play a very important part in it.Mural art of Mogao Grottoes has developed into a unique art form for thousands of years.This art form not only contributes to the dazzling of the wall paintings of the Mogao Grottoes,but also to enhance great reference value for the development of Chinese landscape painting.During the development of the frescoes at Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang,the opening of the Silk Road and the unprecedented integration of civilization during the Sui and Tang Dynasties created the most artistic history of the entire Dunhuang frescoes.Its exquisite shapes,magnificent momentum,gorgeous colors,and mature techniques express the superiority of Chinese painting skills,with great artistic aesthetic values.Therefore,the artistic form of the Dunhuang fresco landscape in the Sui and Tang Dynasties exerts a far-reaching influence on the development history of Chinese landscape painting,and it has also laied the historical basis for the study of landscape painting in China.In the background of the new era,the Silk Road has rejuvenated.Its rivial also attracts our attention and attach great importance to the study of traditional culture,especially the art of Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang.Drawing nutrients from excellent traditional culture,also combined with contemporary aesthetic forms,views the artistic form of Dunhuang fresco scenery in the Sui and Tang Dynasties emitting a new luster.This topic is of much more research significance with the tradition renaissance and the innovation valuing.The article is about the study on the application of the artistic form of Dunhuang fresco scenery in the Sui and Tang dynasties in landscape decorative painting.Therefore,it will be discussed in the following three perspectives.Firstly,based on the aesthetic value of Dunhuang fresco scenery in Sui and Tang Dynasties,this article focuses on analyzing its decorative art form.Secondly,taking this art form as the focal point,gains knowledge from the artistic achievements of modern and contemporary artists such as Zhang Daqian,Wang Xiongfei,etc.,and explores the characteristics of landscape decoration paintings utilizing the art form of Dunhuang murals in Sui and Tang Dynasties as language.Finally,following the creative concept of sense from feelings and lyricism from the scenery,the artistic form of Dunhuang frescoes in the Sui and Tang Dynasties was applied to create landscape decorative paintings with the theme of Northwest Landscape Series.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the research background,research status and trends,defines the research content and scope,and briefly explains the research purpose and significance.The second chapter mainly analyzes the aesthetic value of Dunhuang frescoes in Sui and Tang Dynasties from the historical overview and artistic form.The third chapter takes Zhang Daqian,Lin Fengmian,and Wang Xiongfei as examples to learn from the application and influences of the art forms of Dunhuang frescoes in the contemporary and contemporary decorative paintings from the spatial processing performance,color expression,and artistic reconstruction.The fourth chapter expounds the inspiration of the art form of the Sui and Tang Dunhuang mural scenery to my creation from three aspects of my creative practice,reference to the artistic form of the Sui and Tang Dunhuang mural scenery and the innovation;Decorative modeling,and artistic conception construction are of great reference to my creation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The author hopes that Dunhuang mural scenery art form will release more expressive power on the basis of inheriting the tradition by studying the artistic form of Dunhuang wall scenery in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and its application in contemporary landscape decoration painting;combine with my own artistic practice,more possibilities for landscape decorative painting could be explored in contemporary context. |
