The World Dance Sport Federation(WDSF),as the governing body of all levels of dance sport competitions, has formed a form of affiliated member groups in every country in the world. The world's first dance sport rules came out in 1991,formulated by the Royal Dance Association, and went through three major revisions as the world dance sport federation continued to revise them, guide and promote the level of sports dance technology innovation and development. In the evaluation of dance sport, the final results of the dancers should be determined by the dance sport judges according to their own observation and the corresponding rules of grading. As sports dance is a sport dominated by skills, strength and beauty, its movement techniques and sports dance scoring rules have a very close relationship. The change of sports dance scoring rules is also promoting the optimization and upgrading of sports dance movement skills. As a special characteristic of Latin dance, double cooperation not only requires high ability, but also tests the tacit understanding and cooperation proficiency of both partners. It is an important scoring standard in Latin dance,so the degree of tacit cooperation between two people will directly affect the degree of completion of the movement, and will also affect the results obtained in the competition. The quality of the cooperation of two-person cooperation players will directly affect the completion quality of routines and the final results of the competition. In the scoring rules before 2008,there was no scoring item for two-person cooperation, and in the WDSF 2.0 scoring rules used after 2008,a new scoring rule for two-person cooperation was added, and this scoring rule was further improved in the 2.1scoring rules after 2013,these include: two-person body communication, holding, the use of space, partner synchronization and stability and consistency of these five rules. This shows that the degree of attention to two-person cooperation is gradually increasing. The refinement of the rules also reflects the trend of the development of the sports dance grading rules, and all the grading rules will be more and more refined. And in 3.0,the scoring rules of 2.1continue to be used. This shows that WDSF scoring system gradually improve the development. Also reflects the WDSF competition on the requirements of the players gradually increased. In the course of research, four groups of participants in WDSF were selected for analysis, including two groups from China, namely Yan Bangbang / Du Yujun,Li Jiaming / Li Ziwei, two groups from abroad, namely Armen / Svetlana and Marius / Khrystyna.By watching the2019 Shanghai station outstanding Athletes Samba Video,two-person body communication, grip, the use of space, partner synchronization and stability consistency of these five factors compared to provide the corresponding data, and combining the data to analyze the differences between Chinese and foreign athletes in the two-person cooperation techniques in Samba dancing and the countermeasures to narrow the differences,in order to improve our athletes' two-person movement skills, the optimization of the overall level of coordination is of great practical significance.
