With the enhancement of China's international influence, more and more foreign friends know China and come to China. In order to meet the testing needs of foreigners and non-Han Chinese people after learning Chinese under the background of "Chinese fever",the HSK test arises at the historic moment. After 20 years of development,a new HSK test based on CEFR framework was launched in 2009.The new HSK has become the "leader" of the current Chinese language test.Similar to the launch of HSK,French introduced the DELF-DALF diploma in1985 as a stepping stone to French schools.DELF-DALF made reforms in 2005 with reference to the CEFR framework. After more than 30 years of development, the DELF-DALF diploma has become an important basis for studying in universities, obtaining French nationality, entering France or employment in countries or regions where French is the working language.Based on the CEFR framework, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the new HSK and DELF-DALF tests, focusing on listening and reading. The examination questions of these two parts will be compared and analyzed from four angles: the type of text, the quantity and length of questions, the type of questions and the selection of questions. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which is mainly stated from four aspects: research background, research significance, current situation at home and abroad, research ideas and methods. The second chapter makes an overall correspondence analysis of the new HSK and DELF-DALF tests, briefly introduces the two language tests, introduces the common theoretical basis of the two language tests-CEFR,the test objects of the two tests, the test question structure and scoring criteria. The third chapter is a comparative study of the listeningparts of the two tests, which will be compared and analyzed from four angles: the structure of the test questions(text type, the number of test questions and the length of the test questions),the type of test questions and the selection of test questions. The fourth chapter is a comparative study of the two test reading parts, which is compared and analyzed from four angles: the structure of the test questions(text type, the number of test questions and the length of the test questions),the type of test questions and the selection of test questions. The fifth chapter is a summary of this paper.First of all, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the new HSK and DELF-DALF,then puts forward some suggestions for the new HSK test, and then puts forward the prospect for the future of the new HSK.Finally,it summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of this paper.
