The service efficiency of the county-level comprehensive cultural center is an important part of the construction of China's public cultural service system. In particular, the cultural efficiency construction in ethnic areas is more related to the prosperity and development of culture in ethnic minority areas and the harmony and stability of social economy. The development of ethnic minority cultures is at risk of being assimilated or extremely nationalized by mainstream culture. It is urgent for the competent cultural departments to vigorously prevent and protect,in order to create a regional public cultural system with healthy and positive characteristics.Aiming at the problem of low service efficiency of county-level comprehensive cultural center in Tibet autonomous region, this paper investigates the service status of county-level comprehensive cultural centers in Tibet autonomous region.Using the efficiency theory and the comprehensive evaluation method based on the evaluation model of "input-abillity-effect",this paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in the county-level comprehensive cultural centers in Tibet, such as the single mode of public cultural demand transmission, the single mode of public cultural supply, the insufficient public cultural participation, the insufficient scope of public cultural dissemination and the low service consciousness of public culture.Combined with the advanced experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States and the eastern part of China, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for improving the service efficiency of county-level comprehensive cultural centers in Tibet autonomous region.
