Education and technology can enrich and strength a country in social development.Our country has paid more attention to education since the new century.In fact,we have been taking notice of the development and the stress of students recently and have proposed a series of measures,but we do not often care about what problems teachers are facing.More and more teachers are getting tired of their jobs and many of them are planning to give up jobs.English is a second language in China and it has been a main subject in a primary school,English teachers in junior middle schools find it is more difficult to teach English,and parents have been strict with teachers of their children,these causes are increasing the stress of the English teachers in junior middle school.Some researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of studies on burnout and achieved some information about it,but the studies on English teachers in rural junior middle school has not been found so far.Some conclusions on teacher burnout in rural junior middle schools may be different from that in urban teachers,such as,special areas,social development,and the students of the countryside.The survey of this paper comes from the teachers in eight rural junior middle schools in Yangzhou city Jiangsu Province.The study tries to use some dates to discuss the following three questions:(1)What is the general burnout condition of English teachers in rural junior middle school?(2)What leads to the teacher burnout of English teachers in rural junior middle school?(3)How to alleviate the burnout level of English teachers in rural junior middle school?The writer draws some conclusions according to the given data,I try to find the causes of job burnout,mainly includes four factors: social factors,organization factors,job factors and personal factors.The writer also puts forward some supporting measures according to social factors,organization factors and personal satisfaction.
