Research On Characteristic Towns Cultivation Under The Concept Of "Culture +" In Henan Province

The emergence of Characteristic Towns is not achieved overnight.It’s result the economic market development after a long period.The Characteristic Towns bring good social effects by promoting the integration and development of surrounding towns and industries.As an important means of China’s urban and rural economic development,the Characteristic Town is one of the important measures for the transformation of China’s national economic strategy and it is also a new exploration of economic reform.This paper bases on characteristic culture.It studies the development status and problems of Characteristic Towns in Henan Province,and perfects the linkage development of multi-industry of Characteristic Towns in Henan Province.Firstly,based on the theory of urbanization,this paper discusses the mechanism and causes of Characteristic Towns,and defines the concept of the Characteristic Towns in Henan Province.Then combining with the theory of sustainable development,we can ensure the long-term and sustainable development of the Characteristic Towns.Secondly,on the basis of understanding and analyzing the causes of the mechanism of the Characteristic Towns,the successful experiences of the Characteristic Towns construction at home and abroad are summarized.That is to say,in the process of the development of the Characteristic Towns,we should fully respect the market discipline,allow the diversification of the development forms of the Characteristic Towns and constantly improve the relevant community services derived from the development of the Characteristic Towns.Thirdly,based on the big data,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development status and level of the Characteristic Towns in Henan Province.Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in Characteristic Towns,which need to be improved urgently.Finally,this paper incorporates the concept of "culture +"into the process of cultivating Characteristic Towns,and further improves the construction and development of the Characteristic Towns in Henan by establishing an effective mechanism.This paper takes the "culture +" as the foothold,and integrates the concept of "culture +" into the specific cultivation,planning and construction process of Henan Characteristic Towns.The essence of this paper is to promote the integration of culture and industry by combining the existing excellent cultural achievements of Characteristic Towns in Henan Province with the development of local industries.This paper is also to promote the development of the Characteristic Towns in Henan by promoting industrial upgrading.
