Performance management has always been the key and difficult point of human resource management.The middle management team is the backbone of the enterprise,and the team performance management is paid more and more attention by the enterprise managers.With the vigorous development of China's film industry,relevant laws,regulations and policies are gradually and orderly implemented.Wanda cinema line,as a leading film terminal brand in China,is also participating in the competition of domestic and international markets.This makes Wanda cinema line have to improve their management level to deal with this complex business environment.However,at present,the performance management methods used by the middle-level management cadres of Wanda Branch are as follows: Implementation of performance management process based on fixed template.This set of fixed performance appraisal template,in which the performance indicators are designed by the implementation of this template three years ago,has been used up to now.This paper focuses on the performance management of middle-level managers in the northwest regional center of Wanda cinema line.In view of the above problems faced by the northwest regional center of Wanda cinema line.In this paper,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms of the company's management personnel conducted a survey of relevant information and information.Diagnose and explain the troubles appearing in the middle-level managers' performance of Wanda film northwest regional center.It includes paying too much attention to the results of performance evaluation and neglecting the improvement of performance,the performance work is not linked with the learning and development of middle-level managers,and the assessment process is too formalized and so on.At the same time,this paper uses KPI evaluation method,360° evaluation method and other performance management tools.From every link of the performance management,the thesis puts forward the optimization strategy of performance management.It includes the establishment of index database in performance planning,the iterative upgrading of performance evaluation form and other aspects of optimization work.Time node and action of implementation in performance implementation,formulation and implementation of action plan.The determination of the feedback method and time in the performance feedback link,and the optimization of performance improvement and capacity improvement in the application of results link are highlighted.Finally,from the organization,system,culture and other aspects of the implementation of the performance management program put forward safeguards.
