Compared with other teaching work,music teaching is unique.Therefore,its management system is also different from most teaching management systems.W ith the development of mobile Internet technology,music teaching APP is more and more favored by teachers and students.K-means clustering algorithm is a common relevance recommendation algorithm.However,in practi ce,this paper finds that original music teaching related course recommendation has the following two problems: first,the initial point K value of clustering is often selected randomly.Some relevant music works have not been excavated due to the differen ce of initial points selected.Second,empirical data such as the recent viewing records of music teaching users have a great impact on the clustering process,and the algorithm is prone to generate non-global optimal solutions.Combined with the design of three functional modules,such as administrator,teacher and student,this paper realizes the improvement of teaching content recommendation algorithm.The difference between music works and the clustering algorithm recommended by other courses is that mu sic works have great differences and obvious threshold scale in clustering,which is suitable for the first optimization in the process of initial point selection,and then the clustering optimization of music works by quadratic genetic algorithm.This pap er designs and constructs a set of teaching content recommendation optimization algorithm designed for related course recommendation.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the k-means clustering process.The new algorithm has two main functions: first,genetic algorithm is adopted in the selection process of clustering center to avoid the error caused by random selection of K value;On the other hand,the individual fitness of the genetic algorithm can be obtained again after the clustering is carried out with the individual as the center,so as to determine the global optimal solution of the clustering center.This topic aims at the specific difficulties in the design practice of music teaching APP,and elaborates from the perspective of software engin eering application innovation.In the context of the music teaching reform of industry-university-research integration,the research of this topic fully respects the actual characteristics of music teaching and further optimizes the algorithm based on the new business requirements in the APP application environment.It can be seen from the feedback information of the test and the official online operation that the development of this system conforms to the innovative characteristics of music teaching practice,can serve students in the whole process,and can meet the design requirements of multi-functional music teaching APP.In the link of system realization and test,this paper proves the practicability and reliability of the system.At the same time,in the conclusion,this paper also looks forward to the next stage of system optimization and secondary development of the key objectives.
