The development of Internet technology has changed the way people live and produce. It also provides basic conditions for the prosperity of modern entertainment industry and necessary support for the prevalence of live performances that accompany live broadcast.Han Mai has always been a controversial topic since it comes into public view.On the one hand,it is not of any music type and cannot be accepted by the mainstream music circle. On the other hand, the entertainment industry expects huge capital value from the large number of its fans. Those who don't appreciate Han Mai find it difficult to understand its popularity, while those who are keen to Han Mai think that it is "the cry of people at the bottom of society."This paper takes texts of the vocal performance Han Mai as the research object, and adopts such qualitative research methods as network ethnography, text analysis and in-depth interview to investigate the coding mode, production mechanism and the decoding logic presented in positive audience.By exploring the political coding/decoding strategy of the voice, the thesis pictures the voice politics of Han Ma.Major finding is that the voice has been directed and coded before being heard. The output voice is actually the consequence of special technical political process of “creating hearing”.By creating the illusion of the listener's sense of self, the essence of ultimately isolating the outside world is realized, and the reality is replaced by the imaginary happiness. The disagreement on the complexity and contradiction of Han Mai essentially comes from the different shaping of hearing caused by the mass cultural fault. This is not only the source of the charm of Han Mai,but also the essence of vocal politics.
