The proposal of the New Curriculum Reform Outline and the implementation of "quality education" put forward the education concept of "student-oriented",pointing out that the main position of students is an important symbol of modern classroom teaching,so "student participation" has been widely concerned,and many educators and teachers have established the management concept of "student-centered".With the increasingly close communication between countries,English as an international language,has attracted more and more attention and learning.In school English classroom teaching,encouraging students to actively participate is one of the essential methods to master English.New English Curriculum(2011)advocates teachers to optimize English classroom,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,and make it sustainable.Therefore,how to cultivate students' active learning and improve students' participation ability has become a key issue that teachers must consider.After the curriculum reform,there have been many changes in classroom management,with great changes.However,due to the different characteristics of different subjects,different teachers' qualities and different students' own factors,students' participation in English classroom is very different,especially the enthusiasm of high school students is not high.This study focuses on the participation of students from the perspective of classroom management.According to Professor Kong Qiping's concept of student participation,student participation is divided into behavioral participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation.In this study,590 students and five English teachers from class 12,grade 1 and grade 2 of G middle school in S city are selected as the research objects.The methods of literature,questionnaire,classroom observation and interview are used to investigate the situation of students' English classroom participation.The problems and causes of students' English classroom participation are analyzed from the perspective of classroom management.Through the analysis of the survey results,it can be concluded that the school pays less attention to the classroom management of senior high school English,the causes of the disharmony of the classroom interpersonal relationship management,the irrationality of the teaching organization management and the unfairness of the teaching environment management lead to the low enthusiasm of the students' participation in the teaching process,which is mainly manifested in the relatively less time of active participation,and the forms of participation are also relatively small Single.According to the results of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the participation of senior high school students in English classroom from the perspective of classroom management.First of all,the school should attach great importance to classroom management,establish a "people-oriented" management concept,strengthen the training of English teachers' classroom management,and comprehensively improve the level of classroom management;second,in terms of interpersonal relationship,teachers should build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,coordinate and harmonize the relationship between students,and stimulate the motivation of students' active participation;third,in terms of teaching organization and management Teachers should create a variety of teaching forms,reasonably allocate teaching time,stimulate students' interest in learning,and appropriately increase the time of students' active participation;fourthly,in the classroom environment,teachers should reasonably arrange class seats,create conditions for students' interaction and teachers and students' activities,and at the same time,create a good classroom atmosphere,so that students can actively participate with relaxed and pleasant emotional experience And classroom activities,so as to fully reflect the status of students as the main body;finally,promote students to improve their quality management,cultivate students' awareness of active participation,stimulate students' learning motivation,cultivate students' interest in learning English;teach students to make learning plans,cultivate good habits of active participation,conduct self-management,and establish the awareness of active participation as the main body.
