The Chinese painting has a strong sense of composition since its birth.As an important part of Chinese painting,freehand figure painting also has distinct characteristics of composition.With the gradual infiltration of the thought of "Westernized chinese style",the content of the composition theory of "management position" and "setting up the situation" in traditional Chinese painting is also constantly inherited,innovated and developed.Chinese painters continue to learn from the rules of composition in Western painting,making the forms of expression of Chinese painting more diversified and more in line with the aesthetic requirements of today's era.In the whole process of creation,from the collection of materials and composition,we learn from the formal beauty of the Western constituent language.In the overall layout of the picture,the basic density and black-and-white relationship of the picture are first established from the points,lines,faces and black,white and gray.The two complement each other.The picture is relatively thin when we talk about the points,lines and faces without black and white grey.Otherwise,we lose the coherence when we talk about the black and white grey faces without the points,lines and faces.In fact,the relationship between them is self-contained,and we have you to form the whole picture.Body tone.Secondly,the contrast elements in the plane composition are added to the picture,respectively from the density contrast,primary and secondary contrast,direction contrast to describe the composition relationship between the characters and the background in the picture.Thirdly,in order to enrich the screen language,it also absorbs the color elements in the composition language.On the one hand,it is to lighten the screen,on the other hand,it is to make the screen look more orderly and orderly without disorder.In the end,it expounds the specific application of the constituent elements in the local picture from three aspects: the constituent elements in the background,such as the use of texture;the constituent elements in the characters,such as the density of the combination form of the characters;the constituent segmentation in the local part.Through my continuous attempts in the creation process of the series of works "Yixiang people are in a hurry",I have a new understanding of the "composition theory".The reason why some elements in the composition of the picture are absorbed is to enrich the need of the picture language.However,too much random addition will make the picture appear disorderly and unorthodox.Therefore,we should give more consideration to these elements when quoting them.The composition mainly emphasizes the relationship between the whole and the part of the picture,while the essence of Chinese painting lies in the language of brush and ink.The composition of language needs to highlight the relationship between the virtual reality and the primary and secondary of the picture,which should be expressed through the flexible use of ink.Therefore,the combination of composition consciousness and Chinese painting can,to some extent,open up the creative ideas of contemporary freehand figure painters,enrich the expression language of Chinese painting,and further promote the reform and innovation of Chinese painting.
