There are three main types of traditional Chinese national vocal music,and they are traditional Chinese opera,rap music and folk songs.The Chinese national vocal music that this thesis exploring is very popular with public as a singing method for it retains the specialties of the three music forms and adopts the traditional western bel canto singing methods.With a wide absorption of western bel canto in terms of vocalization technique,it has strict requirements for vocal.National soprano is the most common voice part in Chinese national vocal music,while mezzo-soprano is rare.That is why the author selects it as research subject.Guan Mucun,De Dema and Jiangyang Zhuoma,those who are key figures in the development of national mezzo-soprano vocal,are affected by the public in the different period.According to relevant references,this thesis gives brief introduction on the development of Chinese national vocal music and the combination of Chinese national vocal music and traditional western bel canto singing methods.The author summarizes the similarities and differences of the three musicians by the comparative analysis of their artistic characteristics in mezzo-soprano,and analyzes singing practice of three songs.As a symbol of national art,traditional Chinese national music plays an irreplaceable role in the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture.It is hoped that through the author’s research,analysis and comparison,more people can pay attention to the national mezzo-soprano,understand their singing style and characteristics,and have a deeper understanding of the national artistic characteristics of the three singers.It also provides some theoretical and practical directions for vocal learners who want to sing such works in the future. |
