The Study On Illustrations Of Chinese Red Literature Books From 1949 To 1999

This paper takes red literature book illustrations from 1949 to 1999 as the main research object,summarizes eight representative schemas,analyzed the expression mode and connotation of these schemas in the aspects of the subject matter,theme and image relationship processing,character image,composition,expression form and so on.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter expounds the concept of red literature books and their schemas,the research background,purpose and significance,review of the domestic and foreign literature,content and methods,the focus,difficulties and innovations of the paper;The second chapter elaborates the general situation of the publication of Chinese red literature books and the development of the illustrations of red literature books from 1949 to 1999;The third chapter summarizes and analyzes the eight patterns of red literature book illustrations from 1949 to 1999: the fighter schema,the female soldier schema,the speaker schema,and the reading and writing schema on the theme of revolutionary history and revolutionary war;new female schema,worker schema,harvest schema,and learning knowledge schema on the theme of socialist construction;The fourth chapter expounds the similarity between the illustration schemas of red literature books and the cover images of the same period from 1949 to 1999,and the inspiration of the illustration schemas of red literature books to contemporary art.This paper believes that the illustrations of the red literature books from 1949 to 1999 have typed characteristics,the schema is based on a certain number of illustrations that are similar and abstract in terms of theme,character image,composition,expression and other aspects.The study of red literary illustration schemas will help people to examine red literary illustrations from a macro perspective,and to understand the universal and representative characteristics of red literary illustrations.The expressions and experiences of these illustrated schemas are part of the experience and achievements of New China's art creation,reflecting the historical appearance of New China's art from one side.These expressions and experiences should be inherited and referenced in contemporary art such as red theme and revolutionary historical theme creation.
