Semantic transparency plays an important role in compound word processing.previous studies have found the semantic transparency effect that transparent words are processed faster than opaque words. With the development of cognitive neuroscience, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to the relationship between emotional information and language, and the study of emotional words has received attention. Some studies have found that emotional information regulates the processing stage of lexical production, but previous studies have not found a reading eye movement study that combines semantic transparency with emotional. The purpose of this study is to explore the combination of emotional and semantic transparency, pay attention to the allocation of resources and explore the Mongolian college students Eye movements when reading sentences of target words in two different languages: Chinese and Mongolian. This study uses eye movement technology to combine semantic transparency and emotionality, and through two experiments, respectively,to record and investigate whether the emotional vocabulary of Mongolian native Mongolian college students can regulate semantic transparency during Chinese reading and Mongolian reading. The first experiment was designed with 2×(positive and negative)×2(transparency: transparency,opacity).Mongolian-speaking Mongolian students were the subjects. The experimental materials were Chinese sentences with two-character target words embedded with different emotional words and different transparency, and the emotional and semantic transparency of Mongolian college students were investigated Reading has an impact.Experiment 2replaced the experimental materials on the basis of experiment 1,and took the Mongolian sentences embedded with different emotional words and different transparent two-character target words as the experimental materials to investigate whether the emotional and semantic transparency of Mongolian college students in the process of Mongolian reading had an effect on their reading. Finally, the author makes a comparative analysis of the eye movement data of Mongolian college students in Chinese reading and Mongolian reading,to explore whether the emotional information and semantic transparency of Mongolian college students in mother tongue reading and second language reading affect their reading, and how the two different languages affect the reading of Mongolian college students differently. The conclusions are as follows:1.Mongolian college students have obvious semantic transparency effect in the process of reading Chinese sentences, that is,the processing time of words with hightransparency will be shorter than that of words with low transparency, and the processing speed will be faster.2.Mongolian college students also have obvious semantic transparency effect in the process of reading Mongolian sentences, that is,the processing time of words with high transparency will be shorter than that of words with low transparency, and the processing speed will be faster.3.Mongolian college students have obvious emotional effects in both Chinese sentence reading and Mongolian sentence reading, and they all tend to negative emotions, that is,the time of negative words is longer than that of positive words in gaze time.4.Mongolian college students in Chinese sentence reading and Mongolian sentence reading both emotional on the semantic transparency regulation, that is,vocabulary transparency and emotional impact on Mongolian college students reading.5.Mongolian students, whose mother tongue is Mongolian, have more effect on semantic transparency in Mongolian reading than in Chinese sentences, that is,the processing speed of Mongolian is faster and the fixation time is shorter.
