A Pragmatic Strategies Study Of Official Documents

This paper is a pragmatic study of document pragmatic strategies based on pragmatics.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the source of the research topic,research significance,research status at home and abroad,main theoretic al basis,corpus source and research methods.In the second part,combining with the theory of speech act,the paper analyzes the implementation mode and characteristics of speech act in official documents.We believe that there are five ways to implement official document speech ACTS,which are:through logical semantics,through syntactic structure,through contextual information,through emotional meaning and through metaphor.There are six characteristics of official document speech ACTS,which are:the influence of supra-linguistic me chanism,the selectivity of FTA regulation,the level of speech ACTS,the dual nature of speech ACTS and the stipulation of indirect speech ACTS.The third part is the influencing factors and application principles of pragmatic strategies in official documents.In this paper,we discuss the factors that influence the pragmatic strategy of official documents,the methods and means of forming pragmatic strategy of official documents and the purpose to be achieved.The influencing factors are divided into non-text factors and text factors.Non-textual factors include:political environment,historical and cultural tradition,national psychology,written form,transmission mode,document types,quality requirements and personal factors of document drafters.The text factor is mainly:the modern Chinese grammar structure factor and the modern Chinese character form factor.The methods and means of forming pragmatic strategies in official documents include local micro description and overall macro induction.There are two purposes to be achieved:one is to make the document more strategic in terms of content to better display the content to be conveyed;Second,from the function of the official document to better play the role of transmission,to perform the corresponding functions.Next,combining with Mr.Qian guanlian's views,we summarize the application principles of pragmatic strategies in official documents--the principles of purpose-intention,adaptation,directness,hierarchy and efficiencyThe fourth part,based on the discussion above,takes the external structure of official documents as the boundary,and diwides the pragmatic strategies of official documents into the pragmatic strategies of title,salutation and signoff,and the pragmatic strategies of text,with examplesThe fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research and points out the shortcomings.
