The Chinese national culture has a history of 5,000 years and contains a lot of traditional culture and historical resources. How to do it can dig into it and find a suitable form of communication has become a difficult point for Chinese cultural transmission.Although the appearance of a large number of cultural programs made up for the lack of television programs,a large number of homogenized programs have also been widely criticized.Cultural programs need to tap a broader genre and more creative ideas. The main content of the "Cultural Relativity" program is to show the differences between Chinese and Western cultures through the real interaction between foreign students and Chinese culture.Through the perspective of foreign students, let the broad audience understand Chinese culture and allow audiences to hear the voice of the world from more dimensions While introducing China to the world,it also allows Chinese audiences to re-understand their own culture from a new perspective. This article combines the author's master's graduation work with case analysis and literature analysis.Through in-depth analysis of the program format, narrative perspective, and communication characteristics of Cultural Relativity,I hope to make a small contribution to the spread of Chinese culture. In terms of program form,it is no longer limited to the studio, but adopts the studio + reality show.In terms of narrative,it exhibits the characteristics of flexible conversion of time and space. The internal perspective, external perspective, and omniscient perspective visually and vividly show the collision and conflict between foreign students and their experience of Chinese culture. In terms of communication characteristics, the theme of the program is rich and small, and serious. In cultural identity, the program ignited foreign netizens' curiosity and praise for Chinese culture through the experience of unfamiliarized perspectives of foreign students and the silent cultural transmission of foreigners.
