The Musical Image Molding Of The Role Wenji Cai In The Musical Wenji Cai

In 2018,to commemorate the Chinese historical story of “Wenji Returning to Han ”,which spread for 1810 years.“2018 National Art Foundation Large-scale Stage Art New Creation Project”Shanghai Conservatory of Music's large-scale original musical Wenji Cai staged on from November 3rd to 7th at the Yunfeng Theater in Shanghai.Later,it went on tour from Nanchang Grand Theater and Fuzhou Tangxianzu Grand Theater from December 7th to 22 nd.The whole musical takes the historical story “Wenji Returning to Han” as the clue,closely follows Wenji Cai's love for her family,for the common people,for the country and for culture from the female perspective,presenting the era theme of the great integration,unity and development of the Chinese nation.Although there is not a word of “love” in the whole play,it is full of deep love everywhere.Based on my real experience of playing the role,I am going to discuss in details for the musical image shaping of Wenji Cai and the performance of the characters on the stage.
