Research On The Securitization Of Financial Leasing Assets In The Cultural Industy

As a new type of financing,financial leasing has the important role of improving the financing difficulties of SMEs.But at the same time,the financial leasing industry is capital-intensive,and a single financing channel limits its healthy development.Judging from the penetration index,the development of my country’s financial leasing industry lags far behind that of developed countries.On the one hand,my country’s economic development has a huge potential demand for the development of financial leasing business.On the other hand,the financial leasing industry is also facing the problem of a single financing channel.The existence of asset securitization can effectively improve the above two difficulties.Financial lease claims have the natural characteristic of being securitized because they can generate stable cash flow.In the context of the country’s vigorous promotion of leasing asset securitization,financial leasing asset securitization has gradually become a mainstream product among corporate asset securitization products,with great development potential and research significance.This article sets up seven chapters in structure,the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the introduction of concepts and theories;the third chapter is the development status of China’s financial leasing asset securitization;the fourth chapter is the introduction of the first phase of the liberal arts;the fifth chapter For case analysis;Chapter 6 is case inspiration and suggestions;Part 7 is research conclusions and prospects.This article analyzes and researches on the financing motivation,risk management,financing costs and insufficient planning of the first phase of the asset-backed securities special plan of Beijing Cultural Technology Leasing Company under the premise of reading relevant literature and combining the professional knowledge learned.It also summarizes the enlightenment and reference of this case for the financial leasing enterprises of cultural industry enterprises in the process of asset securitization.This article believes that stable cash flow is the prerequisite for success in the process ofsecuritization;the bankruptcy isolation mechanism is the key;and credit enhancement measures are important guarantees.Finally,to address issues such as insufficient participation of cultural industries in the process of intangible lease asset securitization,insufficient product liquidity,lack of a mature intangible asset value evaluation system,and inadequate supervision,corresponding policy recommendations are made on the above issues,such as :(1)Improve relevant laws and regulations(2)Enrich financial leasing asset securitization products(3)Improve intermediary service system construction(4)Accelerate the construction of asset securitization product trading platforms(5)Cultivate financial and cultural composite talents.
