As the new development of leadership theory, servant leadership has attractedthe attention of many scholars in recent years. Compared with the previousleadership theory, servant leadership change from the traditional concept “lead first”to “service first”, which has an important significance on the behavior of employeesand organization's development. There are many research results of servantleadership in foreign country, while domestic research has just begun.The paper willexplore the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenshipbehavior by empirical study, and take the organization trust as a mediating variable,which proposes a new prospective for the forward study on servant leadership.On the basis of relevant literature, this paper introduced the relevant theory ofservant leadership, including the theory basis, dimensions, measurement methods,determinants and consequences of servant leadership. And then made a mechanismof the influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.And themediating effect of organization trust was also considered. According to the need ofthe research, this paper re-defined the dimensions of organization trust on the basisof previous studies and developed the indicators system of the mesurement oforganization trust.Based on the above proposal, convenience sampling were used to collectresearch data, and series of statistical analysis approaches, such as reliabilityanalysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple linear regressionanalysis, path analysis and so on, were applied through runing SPSS and AMOSstatistical analysis software. According to the empirical evidences, we drew thefollowing conclusions. In the first place, there was a positive relationship betweenservant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, servicingbehavior, moral responsibility behavior of leader and the capability of understandthe vision have significant positive impacts on organizational citizenshipbehavior.Lastly, organization trust has complete mediating effect in the relationshipbetween servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.In the last part of this paper, some applied implications of the results werediscussed. Service concept should be taken into consideration in the recruitment andselection of leaders.Pay attention to the development and cultivation of servantleadership. Improving the organization trust of employees and then bringing about more organizational citizenship behavior.
