Based On The Perspective Of Entrepreneur Human Capital Quality Enhance Study Of Yangzhou

Entrepreneurs are the main body of market economy,is the core of social wealth.Entrepreneurs’ human capital quality is an important source of performance differences between enterprises,but also promote the main power in the economic growth and social progress.Companies can grow further,can economic comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,the quality of entrepreneurs’ human capital plays a very key role.At present,China’s economy has entered the transition period,Chinese society has entered a new stage of deepening reform,in the face of competition in the regional development and the increasingly serious resources and environment constraints,accelerated the pace of transformation development,innovation and development of Yangzhou.Based on the practice of Yangzhou,the study to explore the issues of the entrepreneurs’ human capital quality promotion,for the implementation of Yangzhou ",talent city industrial powerful city"strategy,the implementation" the three Yangzhou "and the world famous city construction goal,we will accelerate the shift in the pattern of economic development and industrial structure adjustment,realize the sustainable development of Yangzhou is of great significance.This paper based on the human capital theory visual Angle,builds the entrepreneur human capital model,contains the personality characteristics,education level,practical experience three classic elements and entrepreneurial spirit,two extension elements of social capital,theoretically puts forward the entrepreneurs’human capital quality promotion area.Group as the research object,and then to Yangzhou city entrepreneurs with the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis through literature review,data collection,case analysis,the ability of entrepreneur’s human capital status of Yangzhou in-depth analysis of the system.Through the above research,this thesis mainly tries to solve the following four questions:(1)the entrepreneur to define the connotation and the specific composition of human capital;(2)from the perspective of public an effective way to promote entrepreneur ability and quality problem;(3)the Yangzhou city quality situation and existing problems of entrepreneurs’ human capital;(4)the government promotion of Yangzhou region entrepreneurs’ human capital quality problem.On the cultivation of high-quality entrepreneurs and create problems of Yangzhou,Yangzhou from five aspects,the paper discusses the ascension of entrepreneurs’ human capital quality concrete measures and methods:(1)the optimization of operating environment,forming good social basis for the development of the entrepreneur grow;(2)optimize the entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurs across development guidance mechanism;(3)improve the cultivation system,the establishment of entrepreneurs hierarchical classification cultivating system;(4)strengthen the incentive mechanism,explore the new mode of entrepreneurial behaviour inspire guide;(5)improve the constraint mechanism,form the entrepreneur behavior supervision and management of the effective operation of the system.Research results of this paper can enhance the entrepreneur human capital stock and quality for the government to provide good background information and policy basis.
