Advertising management is one of the national economic management behavior,is an important part of industrial and commercial administration in our country.With the rapid development of China's the social and economic,the advertising industry's business environment has changed a lot,new problems has appeared in the advertising supervision and administration work.As administrative departments which take in charge of advertising supervision and management work,The administrative department for industry and commerce also need to actively adjust the regulation concept,means and method,so as to adapt to the changing of the advertising market environment.The revised draft of the advertising law was passed in April 24,2015 and started to implement in September 1,2015.The newly revised advertising law is rich in connotation.It absorbs the practical experience of the old law and responds to a series of social hot issues.At the same time,it provides a powerful legal support for advertising supervision.This makes the industrial and commercial administration departments of the advertising market regulation to be more targeted.Under this background,this paper will start the research about the advertising regulatory issues from the following four aspects:First,to analyze the concept of advertising supervision,the subject and the object,to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the industrial and commercial administration departments and to define the object and scope of the advertisement supervision.Second,through the comparative analysis,case studies and other methods,to analyze the new changes,new initiatives,new achievements and new challenges in advertisement supervision since the implementation of the newly revised advertising law.Third,combined with the actual supervision,to analyze the current obstacles and problems in advertising supervision.Fourth,to put forward effective suggestions about the supervision and management of the advertising market under the new situation.
