This article take " circle-layer " and "class" categories of peasants' social relations and its behavior around agrarian reform as the main analysis points,use the analysis framework of "from circle-layer to class",combine with the research data of oral history about agrarian reform,make an empirical analysis of the changes of peasants' social relations and its behavior around agrarian reform,discuss how did the agrarian reform shape the peasants' social relations and behavior,how did the peasants' social relations changed and which role did it play in the process of agrarian reform in the backdrop of the social transformation of the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.The agrarian reform took in rural areas in China which led by the communist party of China,was an interactive process made by the state power and rural society.The state power top-down government-led to reshape many aspects of rural society,politic and economic.In the meantime,the original social operation mechanism of the rural society were also deeply affect the reform practices of the state power in the countrysideAnd,the mutual influence between peasants' social relations and agrarian reform is one important topic of the agrarian reform.Compared the structure characteristics and the formation of social relations of peasants around the agrarian reform movement,we can found that the peasants' social relations huge influenced by class policy during the agrarian reform movement.However,some deep-rooted factors always dominate the peasants' social relations and its behavior.Before the agrarian reform,rural areas always been closed and ancient traditional society,the vast majority of peasants' social interactions and their behavior show the various types of circle-layer characteristics.Before the agrarian reform,the peasants' social interactions mainly based on geographical factors,social status and various ethical link,have strong nature such as self-birth,hierarchy and stability.During the process of agrarian reform,the greatly reversing and reconstructing of the economic base,the nature of the regime and the social structure caused by the class division,effected and influenced by the traditional social relations between peasants.Circle-layer characteristics and class direction in the peasants' social relations and behavior affect each other in the process of agrarian reform,and their's contradicting or integrating affected the process and results of the agrarian reform at a certain extent,determined the future of peasants' social relations and its behavior after the agrarian reform.After the agrarian reform,under the politics background of the new regime nature and class policies,peasants' social relations and its behavior showed strong class orientation.However,the social transformation would not change all the ingredients of rural society in a short time.Even the top-down agrarian reform movement greatly mobilize peasants to participate in the power infrastructure,it couldn't suddenly change the whole structure of rural traditional society.After the agrarian reform,circle-layer factors remained its profound influence in peasants' social relations and its behavior.Consequently,the strong class orientation and stable circle-layer factors coexist in the peasants' social relations and its behavior after the agrarian reform,and their were some new social relation characteristics arose.
