Tacticsfor Promoting Guangzhou Public Security Anti-Terrorist Quick Response

In recent years with the development of world globalization,because of the differences in religion,culture,beliefs,values and other reasons,all kinds of contradictions and conflicts are emerging in various countries and regions in the world.Terrorist attacks and incidents have been occurring more frequently.In the United States,the Oslo,Norway bombings,the Madrid metro bombings,Kunming Railway Station violent terrorist incidents and unexpected events not only hinder the development of human civilization in twenty-first Century but also bring a serious impact to world peace.This paper is a reflection of the experience and lessons from the recent development of the notorious terrorist violence that happened in our country and other countries in recent years.It is a profound understanding of the important mission of our country’s public security team and a great challenge.Through the analysis of the current public security offices,we can find out where the gap is and the causes of the conflicts between public security forces and the new wave of terrorist incidents.Focus and Purpose of this Paper: The focus is on the ideas and countermeasures to enhance the quick response of the anti-terrorism police team in Guangzhou city;the main points are the following: First,the city where the author of this article is from,the Southern gateway to China-Guangzhou.In the last two years we have experienced real terrorist attacks and emergency cases,and if we analyze the situation and the characteristics of the trend of terrorist acts in Guangzhou City,there may be a way for Guangzhou Public Security Counter-Terrorism team to analyze weaknesses in quick response to such terrorist threats;Second is the author in writing several times during the return to police duty,to the Anti-Terrorism department,police training department and other front-line combat and training department investigations,interviews with counter-terrorism team commanders,Commando training instructors,and so on,in order to collect the latest and most real information and data;The third is the author’s own experience and perspective as a first-line police commando,combined with the promotion of countermeasures more appropriate and effective for the police and Anti-Terrorism Unit from years of personal experience and actual combat experience.
