An Empirical Study Of China's Credit Card Fraud And Its Countermeasures Research

With the development of information technology and internet,the internet finance has changed the traditional concept of consumption and lifestyle.One of the most representative is the development and application of online payment.With the development of unconventional,internet financial also exposed many vulnerability,such as the identity of transaction cannot be accurate audits,the lack of supervision system on the online third-party payment,the problem of personal data disclosure,together with the relevant legal system in China is not perfect leading to credit card fraud increase.This paper analyzes the state of credit card fraud,studies the representative cases of credit card fraud,Logistic regression model is used to analyze the factors that cause the loss of funds in the credit card fraud cases,sums up the foreign experience,finds out the cause,gives some targeted suggestions.Firstly,this paper starts from the state of credit card fraud,sums up development trend of credit card fraud,point out the risks to the network payment instruments.Secondly,the paper categorizes and studies the case,finds out the vulnerability of relevant departments.Through the analysis,the reasons of credit card fraud increase include personal data disclosure,the loopholes in commercial bank,the lack of supervision system on the online third-party payment and public risk awareness level is not high.Thirdly,Logistic regression model is used to analyze the factors that cause the loss of funds in the credit card fraud cases.Finally,the paper learns the experience from countries abroad and provides risk prevention suggestions.It includes making relevant policies,perfecting the laws and regulations,improving financial system regulatory measures,accelerated the establishment of a social credibility system,raising awareness of risks.
