As the “anti-drug law” and the “regulations of drug treatment” stipulated,the constraint and separation drug treatment institutes of Judicial administration should provide the communities with support and guidance to their work of the drug treatment and rehabilitation.These works of providing relevant support and guidance will be the new Job duties for the Judicial administration.Further more,these works means to provide follow up supervision to the people who have already received the drug treatment and back to the community,to connect and continue the works within and outside the drug treatment institutes,to fill out the gaps between the work of the constraint and separation drug treatment,the work of drug treatment of community,and the work of rehabilitation of community.Finally,these works are corresponding to the norms of science of drug treatment and the idea of innovation of Judicial administration.The Judicial institute of Gansu Province according to these new Job duties actively implement the work of socializing drug treatment of Judicial administration and organize the research team of socializing drug treatment of Judicial administration.Take the Third Constraint and Separation Drug Treatment Institute as an experimental unit and through the hard working of exploring and practice,the Judicial institute of Gansu Province has achieved success of their work.The author as a policeman who responsible for drug treatment has Joined the work of the research and practice of socializing drug treatment of Judicial administration and through the first hand information from practice,he developed a deep consideration about the work of the Third Constraint and Separation Drug Treatment Institute.This article according to the interview from the drug addicted people who have back to their community and received their drug treatment from the Third Constraint and Separation Drug Treatment Institute,gives a detailed analysis to the difficulties,problems,as well as the reasons for causing theses difficulties and problems of the work of drug treatment from four different considerations of drug addicted people themselves,families,society,and the drug treatment working system.At last,this article on behalf of constructing the self-supporting system,family-supporting system,and society-supporting system for drug addicted people gives its' targeted suggestions.
