Research On Legal Regulation About Auxiliary Police Officers

With the rapid development of economy and society,the police assistance system is becoming more and more diversified,especially for the objective situation of the severe security situation and the serious shortage of police force.The police assistance system as an important system of social management,can effectively help the public security departments to prevent and combat criminals,maintain social stability,strengthen the police assistance system is an important supplement to the public security administration,is an important choice to relieve the shortage of police,but also brought many problems to be solved,such as the assistance police team work the enthusiasm is not high,the legal quality is not high,outstanding talent does not stay.It is of great significance to enhance the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the assistance police,promote the sound development of the assistance police team,and promote the standardization,institutionalization and legalization of the ranks of law enforcement personnel.In view of this,this paper aims to explore a series of outstanding problems in the police assistance personnel,in order to provide some reference for the legal regulation of the police assistance personnel in our country.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the purpose and significance of studying the legal regulation of police assistance personnel,and the research methods of this paper.The second part,firstly introduces the concept of assistance police officers,including the academic concept and our country about the police auxiliary personnel concept legislation,secondly introduces the development history and current situation of our country and Yunnan police assistance system and the related legislation and its contents.The third part,points out the problems needed to study divination of China's police assistance system,such as legislation,enhance the quality,behavior and social security responsibility problems.The fourth part,according to the above four parts of inquiry,it is concluded that the police assistance system should be perfected in the light of the legal nature of the police officers,the police officers are on the border of power,the Management system of police assistance personnel,the social security of police assistance personnel,the quality promotion mechanism of police assistance personnel,Establish and perfect the relevant system.
