With China innovation-driven development,science and technology become more and more important.Nowadays,China puts more attention on the creation,usability and protection of scientific and technological achievements.As a big patented nation,when it comes to the problem of "sleeping patent" and the low usability of patent,there are so many urgent problems to be solved.Such as how to promote the transformation and application of patent,how to put the abundant scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces to realize the truly industrial transformation,making our country be one of the powerful patent country.Scientific and technological achievements are protective objects of the intellectual property,and the intellectual property is protective form of the scientific and technological achievements.Ttransformation is usually by the way of self-investment,transferring or permitting to others and selling the achievements.Compared with the traditional way to transfer the patent,patent trust,because of its unique advantages,now become more convenient for both patent creation and patent application.It also gives more solution to transfer scientific achievements.That is why we should develop and complete the patent trust system to achieve the transformation and development.However,due to the lack of relevant legislation and system in China,the development of patent trust is facing a series of problems,resulting in the development of Chinese patent trust is lagging behind the current level.Therefore,advocating the activities of patent trust,setting up the completely the scientific information system and "patent pool" which based on a patent trust relation.Only in this way can we promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements easier and more effectively.
