Study On The Practice Of Designing Residential Surveillance Rresidential Measures

New "Criminal Procedural Law" was promulgated in 2012,the compulsory measures specified residence residential surveillance were changed as well as supplemented,the measure of the inherent meaning and nature was redefined.In this article,the author will be in the perspective of H city people's procuratorate prosecuted duty crime as the breakthrough point,using the methods of field research,reading file,interviewing with relevant investigators and searching relevant supporting legal documents to investigate and research the applying condition,the examination and approval procedures,execution and supervision procedures of designated home residential surveillance.Except for the introduction,the full text will be divided into four parts:The first part is about the empirical investigation about the applying the compulsory measures of designated residence surveillance of H city people's procuratorate and the blaspheme bureau.The second part is about the evaluation of the applying designated residence surveillance for H city people's procuratorate.The third part is my advice towards probing duty crime cases of H city.
